GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. The overall experience was good. There were seven of us, including one vegetarian. For the non-vegitarians the food was good, except for one who chose scallops and found them to be tasteless lost in the sauce, however, the vegetarian commented that his food was poor. A minor, but annoying, side note: We ordered poppadoms for the table, two per head. This turned out to be two half poppadoms which was pretty annoying for all.

We really enjoyed everything we had. I asked for a slight variation on my main course, which was done without any fuss. The food & the service are always excellent, which is why I return as often as I can.

Lovely Saturday lunch with friends. Food was incredibly good. I had a pizza which was lovely and fluffy. Good choice of wines. A moment of calm within the business of nearby Borough market. We were incredibly well looked after and would recommend.
