We traveled from Leeds for our anniversary, and every member of staff we encountered was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor was stunning, the food was 10/10, and the atmosphere was delightful. Overall, the experience was great, and we will definitely be returning. I had steak & my 93 year old father had trout. Both delicious. It is an old pub with lovely character. Very nicely kept & clearly under good management.
