We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca.     A total surprise hidden gem. The food is outstanding! Tucked away in Ancoats has a lovely stylish interior and does this best arancini!! The pork cheek is delicious and we had the Primitivo wine which was lovely. Highly recommend

    First impressions is that it is a really really nice venue, with a great atmosphere/ambiance. The customer service really was outstanding, the staff I dealt with were all very pleasant and attentive. Starter was unreal. 5/5. Fish main we had was really good, the steak however did come out well done when I had requested a med-rare. A replacement was sent out pretty much immediately which was probably more med, but still nice and juicy. However £36 for a 6oz filet and sauce I would expect it to be 10/10 and it just didn't quite meet expectations. Mains overall 3.5/5. Would visit again to try something else.
