Best Authentic Restaurants in Flamstead

Met some friends for drinks and nibbles, so only had the chicken strips and fries which were top-quality. Cocktails were delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful - that perfect balance where you're looked after but not too frequently. The venue was less than half full (as we were there 4pm) but atmosphere was perfect : it wasn't too quiet, but conversely the music wasn't too loud that you felt you had to shout to be heard.

My No.1 restaurant to go to in St Albans! The variety & quality of food is great and the staff are very attentive. The restaurant itself is very spacious and cosy. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal in St Albans!

Been at carriages a number of times and never been disappinted with the service. The staff are very attentative and polite. The food is off a high quality, we have tasted most of the items on the menu and enjoyed every one of them. Highly recommend if you want a nice relaxing evening in a quality Italian restaraunt.
