There were 8 people for lunch, we were seated at a round table, so conversation was all conclusive, being able to talk and see each other was a huge advantage. Food was delicious. Wow. I am so thrilled that my wife and I had an opportunity to dine at Melt on Valentine’s Day. From top to bottom an excellent experience. Our server, Laura, was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and an outstanding server - we will be coming back and asking to be seated in her section! The food was unreal. I ordered the v-day special waygu beef skewers and my mind will never be the same. Absolutely stunning combination of flavors - The perfectly seasoned waygu was brilliant and the corn salsa delighted with its sweet smokiness. A perfect combo. That’s all for now. As always the staff at Fiorella goes above and beyond. We arrived for a Valentine’s Day reservation at 5:30 inside but an earlier seating wasn’t budging and we ended up not being sat until around 6. The staff immediately apologized for the wait and set us at ease by saying, “please take your time and don’t feel rushed — we have rearranged seatings.” We then were given a welcome glass of wine and a complimentary pasta for our patience. Again the staff just went above and beyond. Every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience once again.
