Best Steakhouses in Hyde Park

We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary(32years). We were greeted at the hostess desk cordially and escorted to our table with no wait (we had reservations). Celebratory confetti was scattered on the table (cute). Our server was also very cordially and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, as usual. Hubby had salmon and shrimp. I had the petit filet and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium), arriving sizzling on the VERY hot plate. We both had leftovers. We were also presented with a complimentary dessert to share to celebrate our anniversary. A sweet ending to a wonderful meal. Of course, we'll be back.

Hudson valley never disappoints and the service and food is amazing! Love going there and will continue to go for years to come.

I hoped the experience for a birthday for a party of two would have been provided not at a bar table, the noise so very loud we had to text each other to converse. I pointed to the items on the menu after 3 many attempts for the waiter to understand and crowd was way too many stsnding in the aisle and staff could not pass, just not a great spot for intimate party of 2 for a personal birthday dinner. I was truly impressed when I announced my name the hostess said ah yes for the birthday. thank you

Food and service were terrific. Nice selection. Petit filet was tender and flavorful…. Cooked perfectly. Prime Rib was medium rare, juicy and flavorful. Dinner included soup, mashed potato and green beans. Dirty Ketel 1 Martini was 1/2 olive juice… disappointing. Bloody Mary was spot on.
