- GGilbertLos Angeles •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe recently celebrated our anniversary at Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was just right. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the wine selection was impressive. For dinner, we indulged in the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection, and the buttery lobster mashed potatoes were a decadent treat. Of course, we couldn’t leave without ordering the famous butter cake—an absolute must-try! The entire evening felt luxurious and celebratory, and we truly appreciated the impeccable service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion, Mastro’s in Thousand Oaks is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back!More infoMastro's Steakhouse - Thousand OaksPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Thousand Oaks•4.7
- SSherryLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy 5th visit over the years for work lunches or dinners, and my husband’s first. They didn’t disappoint. Our waiter Steven was exceptional! His recommendations were spot on. Started with the most tender and flavorful lamb lollipops. We highly recommend!! Also indulge in their Caprese with heirloom Cherokee tomatoes with a delicious sweet balsamic reduction and creamy mozzarella. I was in heaven. This while enjoy my Raspberry-mulled Lemon Drop. The lobster bisque and Cesar Salad, were fresh and flavorful. Our mains were Steven’s recommend filet medallions with scalloped potatoes and the fresh bass and a baked potato with the works. Both were a culinary delight. Of course we had some leftovers. Steven packed up the rest and even added an Anniversary cheesecake slice with fresh berries to go. Thank you all for making our Anniversary dinner exactly what we hoped for. Look forward to more date nights at Holdren’s.More infoHoldren's Newbury ParkPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Thousand Oaks•4.8

Hostess gave us attitude when we kindly asked for a different table when so many were open.More infoLarsen's Grill - Simi ValleyPrice: Expensive• American• Simi Valley•4.6
- GGaryVIPLos Angeles •33 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoExcellent meal, service, ambience. We shared a very fresh Greek salad, followed by branzino for both of us and broccolini. Ended up with tiramisu and espresso martini. No negatives but witin the description of the branzino on the menu, grapefruit should be mentioned because many people cannot eat grapefruit safely.More infoCasalénaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Woodland Hills•4.6
- JJakeLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 8, 2025We really enjoyed the live music and wish they had it more often than the first Friday of the month. We sat on the patio, which was nice however, the row of seats up against the building have lights above. That would be nice if they could dim them because we felt we were under an interrogation light. It was too bright for the atmosphere. Other than that. Everything was great. The my ties are wonderful and I got the beer, battered fish tacos, which I can always only eat one. They’re so huge but it’s fun to have them for leftovers. My husband had the piccata, but it was a little lemony.More infoMarket Broiler’s - MB Grille - Simi ValleyPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Simi Valley•4.6
