After 20 years the hostess was terrorized to request a change for a table that was not acceptable. Fortunately others prevailed and we obtained our table. Almost lost a valued customer. Same bad experience to call a Taxi. Too busy and did not give a dam. He told me that the computer assigned the tables and he had no choice.
