Best Seafood Restaurants in Near Southside

We've been quite a few times. Never disappoints! Oysters are ALWAYS amazing. Scallops are delicious, the salmon is good. I freaking love the crab cake!! Even the salads are good and I don't eat salads.That says something. And you can't forget the Bananas Foster. A crowd favorite that always hits your sweet spot (my wife's favorite). Ambiance is nice. Classy yet comfortable. And last but not least is the service. I'm picky about it. I used to be a server. I know how it is. And the staff at Eddie V's is FANTASTIC! From the valet guy, the hostesses, our server, and of course the back of house. Everyone was on point! I can't say enough about this place. That's why we keep coming back year after year. And Ryan N our server was legit! Thank you sir for making our dinner perfect!

All in all our experience was pretty solid the only complaint we had was our waiter kept forgetting something I asked him for when we ordered our drinks and we waited almost 45mins to an hour before receiving our dinner other than that our food was delicious and well worth the visit.

Del Frisco's never disappoints, and Valentine's night was no exception. Cat was such a phenomenal server. Her descriptions of the specials and offerings were so vivid, her recommendations for apps and drinks were spot on, and her attentiveness was perfection. She truly enhanced our experience. The food was exceptional. My husband's ribeye and my king crab legs were both so flavorful and stellar. The VIP and espresso martinis drank smoothly, and the wine pairings topped of the entire meal. We are from out of town, and though we might venture out from our go-to Del Frisco's every once in awhile, we have yet to find an establishment that even holds a candle to it. Well done, as always.

My parents enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner experience for Valentine’s Day. They had originally planned to go to Texas de Brazil, but my dad’s work schedule conflicted with their reservation time. Their next choice was Red Lobster so I made a reservation. They enjoyed catfish, shrimp, lobster, and all the trimmings!! The ambience in the restaurant was soft and comfortable, and the service was great. They thoroughly appreciated all the love they received on Valentine’s Day.

We had an amazing dinner! Service and menu were great. Wine list is impressive - great margaritas!! Our meal came out timely and was well plated. We both enjoyed our food. Service was prompt and very friendly.
