- KKwansimaBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMe and my partner had a great experience when we came for Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious and extremely filling. We got the calamari, NY strip, and shrimp and scallop scampi. At the end of dinner, they gave me a rose. We would definitely come back again.More infoMichael's CafePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Timonium•4.7
- MMarkVIPBaltimore / Maryland •48 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat things stay great - as do great restaurants. Last year we visited Bluestone on V-Day and guess what? We did again this year! Many comments I made last year in my Bluestone review remain equally valid: 1. Grace under pressure - Restaurants can display managerial weaknesses on Valentine's Day. Even good and great restaurants, which can get crushed by numbers of holiday celebrants. V-Day may be one of the busiest nights of the year for upscale restaurants. However, the best of the best shine through under the pressure. So was the case with Bluestone on V-Day 2025. Management acumen made the restaurant not seem overly crowded or too bustling but clearly every seat was filled. Bluestone manages its reservations and wait-list with aplomb. 2. Food was wonderful per its lofty standards - We expect greatness at Bluestone and it delivered. Again. The Crisfield Stew never disappoints. Big hunks of fresh seafood in a very tasty broth - like bouillabaisse crossed with Maryland Crab Soup...." I had the highly excellent crabcake-stuffed-flounder, served on a bed of very tasty seasoned rice - sort of a risotto. We devoured the super-hot, fresh rolls while enjoying a couple of perfect cocktails featuring blackberries. Our newish waitress Lauren was rock solid (Kelsey last year probably cannot be topped). All told we dropped $143 but Bluestone is worth every penny. . So what's stopping you? Go to Bluestone.More infoBluestonePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Timonium•4.5
- CCarolVIPBaltimore / Maryland •50 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt was our first time eating there. We had reservations for Valentines Day, and were seated immediately. We had a really super waiter named Dominic ( Dom) who was very helpful and sweet. We shared a margarita- which was delicious- but there was more ice than drink! We shared delicious mussels appetizer. My husband had bouillabaisse-which he said was the best he’d eaten, and I had halibut, which was excellent. For dessert, we shared an apple pie a la mode. Yummy! It’s on the moderately expensive side- but worth it! We will definitely go back!More infothe Gourmet at KenilworthPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Towson•4.5
