    We always enjoy our experience at this Tavern in the Square. Food always great and ambience lively and fun. People still coming in at 9:30 as we were leaving last night. Djoyce was our server and she was outstanding. Efficient, hard-working and fun. Highly recommend joining their loyalty program.

    The food was fantastic, my wife had the tuna and I had the NY sirloin, our kids had chicken and fries, all delicious. The service was fantastic, atmosphere great and bill was very reasonable. All around great meal!

    We arrived on time and were greeted with a big smile from the hostess, Linda. Our table was waiting and Theresa, our waitress, came over and brought water and took our drink order. We had some delicious Pinot Grigio (Fini) and started with clams casino, which were cooked perfectly. We then had salads which were crisp and fresh. We both got chicken picatta served piping hot. For dessert we had the crème brûlée. The restaurant had a nice crowd and the dinner was a perfect 10. My friend and I were catching up and never felt rushed. Theresa knew exactly when to check on us and always made sure we had what we needed. Basil has always been a favorite of ours and as we walked out we made plans for our next visit. People say this is a hidden gem in Medfield and they’re not wrong. Outstanding experience!
