Perfect old fashioned for me as I like mine a little more sweet than bitter and served over one large ice cube with a cherry. I had the short rib and it was fantastic. Almost like a perfectly cooked pot roast. Comfort food for sure. My wife had the fillet medallions and very much liked except she didn't notice that the potatoes or steak or something had gorgonzola cheese on them and she wasn't a fan. Had she seen it on the menu she would have ordered without but that's not the fault of the restaurant. Warm inviting dining room. Friendly, attentive service. Matthew, our server, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and fun. He brought out each steak cut and made some perfect recommendations. Off we didn’t like something, he fixed it immediately. We felt like we were his only responsibility. Wagyu was on point as were the elk, lamb and seafood.
