- NNabeelSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoLook, I judge restaurants by the food primarily. So the small things I prefer or don't like about noise, value, or service timing matter, but not that much. Because the food at Terra Plata was really really good. We had one course from each quadrant of the menu (starter, earth, land, sea), and they were all good. We had the albracore crudo (really really good despite finding one pinbone), shishito peppers (normally an afterthought at restaurants - not here, the spices added a lot of depth), and the truffle and mushroom risotto (perfect texture). The land course (portuguese roast pig) was probably the only disappointment because it just wasn't as much of a flavor bomb as we expected from the ingredient's listed and just lacked something special. But it was still quite good, just overshadowed by the other dishes. And finally, the dessert (Basque Cheesecake) was amazing. No store bought pre-made dessert here. Unbelievable texture and the blood orange caramel was perfectly balanced. Tiny notes: the food comes out as it's done, which sometimes leads to awkward timing unless you plan what makes sense to have in what order. The service is good, but the restaurant was busy and you won't have them checking on you often. Not inherently an issue - I would rather have someone bothering me less than more. And we did find a pin bone in the crudo. But overall, it's a place I would recommend to foodies.More infoTerra PlataPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Capitol Hill / First Hill•4.7
- LLindaVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI t was a magical Valentine’s Day. We were seated in the quiet, romantic room(couples only) at a table looking out on the water.Lexie served us. She was absolutely excellent, always available, never intrusive. Our food was consistent with our experience at Anthony’s in Kirkland over the many years we have dined there - I.e. excellent! We selected for our entree, the Copper River Sockeye Salmon, served with mashed potatoes and broccolini and the chef’s own light sauce. Everything was cooked to perfection - the salmon was moist and flavorful. It was a busy evening for Anthony’s, but we never felt rushed or hurried. My husband and I have been married for over 61 years and have celebrated many memorable Valentines Days. This one was truly magical!More infoAnthony's HomePort - KirklandPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Kirkland•4.7
- OOlgaSan Francisco Bay Area •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe love coming for dining and special occasions to our local favorite farm and table restaurant. The second time in this particular time the service was much better with a knowledgeable server versus the first time when the girl missed out on a few items that we ordered however the food friendliness and the convenience of having this place in our neighborhood make it very worthwhile coming for dinner. The food is always prepared with details and incredibly tasty as well as their cocktails and wine.More infoThe Well & TablePrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Issaquah•4.7
- MMarkUtah •80 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 6, 2025This was our first time at Ballard Cut and we really loved it. The food was really quite good, the service was excellent and the ambience was nice on a Wednesday evening. Our only complaint is that we wish they would indicate which menue items are gluten free. Otherwise not complaints, hight recommended.More infoThe Ballard CutPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Ballard•4.7
