Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Banff

The Sky Bistro was a great experience overall, I got the short rib and I’d order it again! Our waiter James was very kind!

This is one of our favourite places to stay and eat. A beautiful view of the valley and a cozy spot in front of the fire. Dinner was wonderful with a great cocktail and wine selection. Everyone is very friendly and fun. A very special getaway experience.

We had a great experience at The Bison. The service was great, the food was excellent, and we had a lovely evening overall. You won't go wrong ordering the Bison Tartare. I've been to The Bison several times before, but this was probably the best visit I've had. Looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Banff.

Outstanding experience! We had a very memorable experience here, we chose the chefs tasting menu. Everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Our server/hostess was so fun and knowledgeable and enhanced our experience! Amuse bouche - flavour bomb of duck on a tiny doughnut Salmon - very light with pickled fennel….very nordic very tasty, forgot the picture! Veal tartare - I love beef tartare and this was a delicate and light version with a to die for cheese foam. Foie gras - I could eat this all day, just go try it. Pork and scallop - best porkbelly I’ve ever had, scallop cooked perfectly! Duck - omg, star of the show! Beautiful beet accompaniments, breast cooked perfectly, confit so tender! Coffee and apple dessert - we chose one of each to enjoy. Both were light and the apple comes with a tiny scoop of butterscotch ice cream which was amazing! Everything was so expertly prepared, perfectly paced and absolutely divine, we can’t wait to come back! Cheers to the team at Ankor🥂
