- CCrystalNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe enjoyed a delicious dinner for Valentine’s Day with our two kids. The restaurant was so cozy with a fireplace and games that kept the kids busy while we waited for food. Our server (Therise?) was nice and helpful. The meals were delicious and produce tasted very fresh. Lovely cheese board to start and I had the duck and my husband had steak. Both cooked perfectly. The chef also accommodated our picky kids with pasta and chicken tenders and French fries even though there was no kids menu. It really was the perfect combination of adult dining with our kids (very rare to find this) and we will definitely be back!!More infoSawmill Bar & TablePrice: Expensive• American• Dover•4.9

- AAlanVIPNew York City •58 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 3, 2025Went for Monday Pasta Night prix fixe@$45. Great service, friendly and very attentive. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful. The pasta was just ok: cavatelli with duck ragu lacked flavor, tasted like it could have been made with ground turkey-no “oomph.” The spaghetti with clams and chili crisp was swimming in chili oil, tasty but too wet. Chocolate rocky road cheesecake was more like a thick mousse, but was tasty - albeit a bit too sweet. Not sure I think this is a “good” value, when you add in the wine (3glasses for two of us) and tax and tip the bill still comes to $165, for a pasta entree. I Love the ambience of this place, and it always has a very attractive crowd, just wish it was a bit less expensive.More infoTroutbeckPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Amenia•4.5
- DDarrenNew York City •31 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 1, 2024The service and food were great. The live piano music was amazing as well. The only thing was that there was a large gathering in the bar area that was really loud and disruptive to the diners in the restaurant area. Otherwise, it was a great time.More infoGateways Dine & DrinkPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Lenox•4.4
