    The Mercury is a go to for a 5* experience whether it's a casual night out on the town or a celebration. From the valet to dessert, always very good. We usually sent in the bar area and have appetizers and a drink. Last night we invited a couple to join us for dinner. Brandon was our server, ask for him - you will not be disappointed. We started with sushi appetizers, fantastic. Spicy Tuna roll sooooooo goooooood. Our friends shared a ribeye, my wife and I shared the salmon. Everything delicious. Definitely consistent and enjoyable on each visit.

    Our server Eric was wonderful! We are attending a business conference and in Dallas for a few extra days! My wife loves Sushi! She left being a very happy!
