- SSteveToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe made reservations using the Open Table app...super easy. Friendly staff greeted us as we came in and we were escorted to our table. The ambiance was very warm and the decor was contemporary. Our server Robert T was friendly as well and spent the time to ensure we were ready. We ordered a Sushi Tower for 2 and Robert suggested we try Uni for the first time. The presentation was stunning and the taste was spectacular. Best sushi that we have ever had in a very long time. It was fresh and just perfect.. Robert did stop by on occassion to ensure we were satisfied and we did have a brief discussion. He knew the right time to disengage to allow us to enjoy our experience. We highly recommend the sushi and perhaps next time we'll try the steak. 5 star experience. - DDavidvipVancouver / British Columbia •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoReally enjoyed dinner at Akira Back. The A5 Wagyu Nigiri was amazing (a must-try) and the sushi platter was very fresh. The Toban filet mignon was cooked well and the sauteed mushrooms were delicious. Even their vegetable fried rice was so good. The service we got from Gloria was great - she is always very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I'll be back again soon.More infoAkira BackPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Entertainment District•4.9

The food is AMAZING! I ordered the rigatoni and he ordered the stuffed chicken with a side of mash potatoes. The portions are amazing you will definitely leave feeling full! The restaurant has a stunning view over the city, and it is an amazing place to take cute photos. Staff is really sweet, and definitely makes you feel welcomed.
