The staff was so attentive and thoughtful and the owner even spent time talking to us and making sure we had a great time. A little on the pricey side. Mains could have been a little bigger. Not much difference from starters in terms of portion especially for sharing. For example the venison special had two small pieces and nothing to accompany. The service was really good and very accommodating. We were first seated in the dining room with open kitchen, but no other customers were there. We asked to be moved to the main dining room which was much nicer and also hopping. Not sure why we didn’t get seated there in the first place as there was room when we first arrived. Glad the staff was able to make the switch for us as the ambiance was much better, as was the decor and lighting. Overall a good experience. Would definitely come back.
