Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Maryland Heights

We’ve been here about 5 times. Drinks and service has always been excellent. But the food has been very average. They did a menu change since the last time we went, and everything we got was amazing! The food is now back on par with their service and drinks. Excited to go back again!

I took my grandson and his friend who had never been to spiros. All 3 of us loved our food - we had saganaki, Greek salad, Caesar salad, a steak dinner, a pasta dinner and chicken piccata. Finished it off with a shared tiramisu cheesecake. We all loved it all. Service was excellent.

Food was great. Drinks are delicious! Our waiter was very attentive. We will return!

The eggplant was crispy with a tasty pomodoro sauce. And the veal bolognese was excellent. Outstanding service and hospitality from our server Bruce as we exchanged personal family stories. The ambiance elegantly casual and very warm and romantic. Nice bar and the lighting is soft and inviting.

The food and service were excellent. The server engaged with us all through the evening and carried on good conversation, was very attentive. The Chilean sea bass was wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
