Best Global Restaurants in Georgetown

We visited JOEY on Valentine's Day and it was an amazing experience. The hostess was friendly and helped us quickly. We were offered bubbly immediately upon arrival. Our waitress, Shayla, offered excellent explanations of some of the food options and provided some recommendations, but it was more than just a simple opinion. She would provide reasons for her recommendations which was helpful for us to decide if we felt the same way she did about a specific food item. The service was quick but we didn't feel rushed. Everyone seemed to be helping fill waters and we always had full glasses. The manager came by the table to check on us and wish us a good night. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

We spent around $50 per person, it was busy because it was Valentines but the service was exception regardless!! Super kind servers and delicious food and drinks! We love coming here for date night, but when we come for birthdays or special events they always make it special. Joci (I hope I’m spelling that right) was our server and was so kind and attentive!

Service was excellent and food was very good. It was a perfect Valentine’s date! They provided complimentary champagne to start and throughout the dinner brought by samples of other menu items to taste for free. And complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and brownies for dessert! Wow! What an experience. We haven’t been to Joey’s in awhile but will definitely be back!

All five of us enjoyed our cocktails and meals. Our server was excellent on all fronts. She was engaging, knowledgeable and efficient. Although it was good for us as it enabled us to easily visit without background noise, the restaurant was relatively empty. Such a nice space, with quality food and service should be packed. Go. You will enjoy the experience.
