A "faithful" crowd stays true to this upscale New American-Italian in Huntington, which "deserves its reputation" for "superb cuisine" spanning "delicious pastas" to "phenomenal meat and fish"; the "top-notch" service and "intimate" setting will "make any occasion special", but make sure to reserve ahead because the cozy "close quarters" fill up fast on the weekends.

Received the "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator in 2024.
We appreciate our customers that order from our extensive wine list. If there is something you would like to see on our list please let us know and we'll do our best to put it on. Corkage fee per bottle if brought in will be $50 per .750ml.

Great dinner at Piccolo - ordered all specials. Oyster Pond Oysters Casino - excellent, Montauk Swordfish over escarole beans and tomatoes-just fantastic and Veal Osso Buco with pesto gnocchi - all were great recommendations from our waiter Mauricio - thanks to all the staff at Piccolo for a wonderful dinner.

I went out to dinner with my son and daughter in law tonight. We had such a wonderful time. The red wine was excellent, our appetizers, dinners and desserts were absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a beautiful meal with friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

This restaurant is fantastic! Everything we have had there to eat was delicious. We’ve now eaten there twice in 2 weeks. From the fish to the classic Italian dishes, you can’t go wrong. When a restaurant tells you whatever you want we can make even if it’s not on the menu, you can’t beat that! And don’t skip dessert, the chocolate mousse is delish as well. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. This place is a must go to for classic Italian.
