On the corner of NE 86th Street and Biscayne Blvd in Miami, is where you will find Pinch Kitchen+Bar. An open kitchen, wooden tables, black and white accents, and a chalkboard wall give this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features fresh produce, fresh proteins, and ingredients by always sourcing locally first for the best fresh taste. Offering a Full Bar, Craft Cocktails, Craft Beers, Wine, and Organic Wines. In addition to the À la carte menu, they offer daily specials and there is always one vegan option. We haven’t been to Pinch in a year and a half. The menu has changed as they don’t offer the gourmet entrees they used to have. They are now catering more to the neighborhood. I understand but maybe as a special they can bring back a dish or two. Either way, they always serve great tasting food and good portions.

I'm just so grateful that Pinch exists. The food is always on point. They have excellent cocktails. The vibe is cozy and intimate. And it's less than 10 minutes from my house. The fact that they have a "Last Word" on the cocktail menu sets them apart from so many other places that just don't carry Green Chartreuse. The brussels sprouts were delicious. The spinach dip was delicious. The porkbelly was delicious and I don't even love porkbelly. The banana bread pudding was also delicious. I wasn't hungry anymore but wanted to eat literally everything on the menu.

Service most days are good the food always seems to be good the drinks are out of line crazy tourist prices definitely not a place to have more then 2 cocktails but Luke I said the food is consistent
