   Arrived early and quickly seated at the piano bar. Bartender was great as was the piano player/singer. Accommodated to a table early and the steak was delicious with great crust. Loved the sizzling plates, the broccoli, and garlic potatoes. Staff at the front was very friendly.

   Robin at the piano will have us returning again and again. Amazing voice. Beautiful. The only disappointment was that our filet steak was chewy and just not up to the usual standard of Prime. The rest of the food was very good and the service was outstanding.

   Very cold atmosphere and uninviting food was very salty Our waitress was nice but upon entering hostess was rude to a woman who walked in before us and barely let her sit at the bar because apparently they take reservations for a bar….when we came and left the bar was nearly empty. I noticed as soon as the woman’s friend came they left quickly, I would have too no reason for feeling unwelcomed

   Thank you for your honest feedback. While we do take reservations up at our bar, we never want to make our guests feel unwelcome. We are sorry you had to witness an uncomfortable interaction between the host and another guest.

   Nice steakhouse restaurant in downtown Park City. Excellent Filet Mignon. I was disappointed in the Steak Tartar… it was prepared ahead of time and came straight out of a refrigerator (served much too cold). Baked Potatoes were served at room temperature but the waiter promptly replaced them with hotter ones. Waitstaff was very young and came across a bit inexperienced, but was extremely nice. Overall good, but some room for improvement.

   Our waiter Tom was fantastic. Coming from NYC I am somewhat of a Steakhouse snob but Prime Steakhouse was absolutely wonderful. Had the bone in ribeye and wagu NY strip . Both perfect! Will be back on our next visit.

   The staff were all excellent and provided great service except for the bartender. We were sitting at the bar. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was grumpy and rude. He barely shook my martini and put too much vermouth in it. I asked him to fix it which he did. There was another lady at the bar who also returned her martini because of too much vermouth. He spent most of his time with his back to the customers or in the back room. Just not the friendly kind of bar experience we usually get. But the waiter, hostess and manager were all lovely, friendly and provided great service.
