Nice restaurant is an old shopping mall - super unusual location. Food was very good we had the steaks - super noisy inside with two groups but noise really travels in the restaurant. We moved outside where our view was a run down mall.

Good food and service, but restaurant was unbearably loud. There were two large groups that were literally screaming at one another across their tables. It made for an unpleasant atmosphere for everyone else, including two other smaller groups besides ours that were clearly impacted based on their facial gestures. Recommend that management invest in some noise control features on the walls and ceilings, or politely encourage patrons to lighten the volume when they’re getting unnecessarily loud and rowdy.

The surf and turf was amazing! Absolutely a must. The staff was wonderful as well. Best steakhouse in Key West!!!

As a NY foodie that eats in many restaurants, Prime was the best restaurant we ate at while in Key WEST. Phillip our waiter was excellent. Couldn’t believe the speed at which the drinks & then the food came out. All food was excellent. Escargot, shrimp cocktail, beef carpaccio all were excellent. Surf & turf for dinner was spot on. Creme brulee for dessert ended our delicious dinner event. Added a few Manhattans, caymus cabernet with dinner and a Hennessy for after dinner made our evening complete.
