   This restaurant is gourmet all the way. Breads and pasta are made in-house, they support local providers, and add that special touch to all their offerings.

   we eat here every time we are in Orlando. the service was excellent as it has been and the food quality was great. However, I ordered the rigatoni and the portion was so small, I thought it was an appetizer, so I was disappointed in that. Second disappointment was the bread service. while the bread was good, the menu did not indicate that the cost was $4 per person, so when I saw the $8 charge on our bill, I thought we were double charged. This should be more clearly noted on the menu and in reality to charge $4 for 4 pieces of bread is ridiculous. For dessert, we ordered the zepolis and while they were a great finish to the meal, they definitely seemed smaller that in past visits. so overall, a good meal as long as you don't actually look at what it costs for what you get. With that said, we will probably be back the next time we are in Orlando.

   We had an amazing dining experience at Primo at JW Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment we were seated, our server, Juan C, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. The food was simply outstanding — each dish was not only bursting with flavor but also beautifully presented. You can tell that the ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, which elevated the overall dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a top-notch meal, Primo is a must-visit.    Very exotic Good service Very expensive We got bread that said $4 for an assortment and when we got the bill it was $16. FOR BREAD $4 a person. This should be free. They don’t answer phone and the menu at the hotel is not updated with the current food offerings.

   We had dinner outside by the fire pit and it was beautiful. The server was excellent and our food very good! Everything from the appetizers to dessert was delicious. I would not expect to be charged $20 for bread but otherwise we had a great experience.

   We have dined in Primo several times over the years which is why we booked it for a family event during a recent visit to Orlando. We had no idea it had been renovated and were extremely disappointed in the new look and the acoustics. It was nearly impossible to have a conversation or hear the waiter. The food was not as good as we remember, with cold soup and cold pizza and ambiance with bright lights brought the whole experience down. The bar area was very uninviting as well. It was not relaxing and seemed more like a cafeteria. Not sure why money was wasted on this renovation? We won't be back.

    The food is creative and very, very good. The service is excellent. But the switch from intimate, somewhat elegant to an industrial vibe with poor acoustics is a step down. Go for the food and service, not the decor
