    This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years going at least 6 to 8 times per year. I have noticed over the last several visits that the quality of the food has declined. Last night we were served French onion soup that had too much bread and was dry with very little broth. I ordered the braised short ribs and was served a piece of beef that was not a short rib an was over cooked and dry, The potato crisp on the plate was burned. The garlic was burned in the bread and garlic course. This meal tasted like it was made for Sunday and we had leftovers. The service was good--we've had this waiter before. He returned th soup and was very gracious.

    We have been here numerous times and the service, food and drinks are always great. This time the service was absolutely horrible. It took forever for the waitress to even acknowledge our presence. She never discussed specials, filled up our water or bread and never asked us if we needed another dink. I almost felt like she was purposely ignoring us. It was very unusual. I never give bad reviews, but the service ruined our meal. The food was still excellent, as usual.

    This was a late afternoon visit on Saturday 11-January. We were quickly seated at our reserved time at an intimate table for two next to a window overlooking the patio area. Our server greeted us early and made sure we were comfortable. Print works has a nice wine list and cocktail menu. I ordered steak frites, and my partner had a filet. The filet was served with French green beans and mashed potatoes and was prepared excellent. My steak frites was perfect! Very flavorful and medium rare. For dessert we shared a a butterscotch creme Brulé, which was excellent. Print Works has always been our favorite restaurant in Greensboro, and we will definitely return.

    We had fantastic service and meal. Charcuterie, Tuna tartare and roasted Brussel sprouts were all outstanding. Soup and Salmon entrees were served beautifully, hot and cooked perfectly. Butterscotch crème brûlée was delicious. Highly recommend by our server! Did not disappoint!
