The Cleaver Room

With a name reminiscent of our butcher shop beginnings, our versatile Cleaver Room is the perfect setting for brunch on the weekend with friends and family or a midweek business meeting. Featuring audiovisual capabilities and open-air access upon request, the Cleaver Room is guaranteed to please!
The Cedar Room

Our largest single room, the Cedar Room, is fully enclosed and furnishes an inviting and comfortable setting for hosting rehearsal dinners. baby or wedding showers, working lunches (a/v capabilities), and holiday parties with family and friends. Open-air access, private and semi-private options are available.

The combination of the Cleaver and Cedar Rooms allows for seating of up to 36. With fire pits on either end of the adjoined room, this warm and inviting space is the ideal setting for hosting your unforgettable gathering. Fashion the perfect event by requesting open-air access or by utilizing our mounted flat screen tv for the ideal presentation.
Hillview Patio

The Hillview Patio is one of our two open-air patios, having a seating capacity of 29 (ask about our Back Terrace Patio, having a seating capacity of 12). The patios at CARVE provide the perfect setting to enjoy dinner with friends, an after-work reception or a gathering of friends, with a beautiful hill country backdrop!
