Aqua Nueva
Aqua nueva, located in the heart of the West End, has recently reopened with a striking new design, contemporary Spanish menu and two new stunning private dining rooms. Head Chef Alberto Hernandez offers a menu of small plates and Spanish dishes that honour his country’s culinary heritage and innovation, combining the best seasonal produce with his contemporary style. The Robert Angell design is inspired by rich Spanish culture with intricate black and white mosaic floors and a striking copper-coloured vaulted ceiling which imitates the renowned sherry casks of Jerez. Aqua Nueva has two private rooms, ‘El Salon’ and ‘La Casita’ which are available at lunch and dinner, both seat up to 15 guests on a bespoke hand stained oak wood oval table. La Casita has a private terrace and can also hold up to 50 for a standing reception. When both rooms are adjoined, they can seat up to 30 over two tables or stand up to 80 with private outdoor terrace overlooking Argyll street below.
