   Decided to visit 10West for anniversary. Sat right across from kitchen doorway. Extremely lots of traffic but only to other tables. Service poor, ambience poor, disappointing Food quality. All in all, the place has new ownership and has gone downhill. We will not return.

   10West is always a great dining experience and the staff is amazing. Always attentive and outgoing. For our anniversary dinner, they left a note in chalk on the front steps! Scored extra points with the wife.

   10 West is an unpretentious, local establishment located in the heart of Cicero. Food and service are always good. Good value for the dollar.

   This was our first time stopping in and we didn’t realize they closed early on Sunday’s. The bar manager was AMAZING! He never once rushed us, he gave us a tour, and was very attentive to all our needs. We will definitely go back just because of him!

   We’ve eaten here many times and have always had a good experience, but not this time. We had 7 pm reservations, were seated right away which was great, but the server did not acknowledge us or offer water for at least 10 minutes. We put in our drink order and did not receive them until we’d been sitting for almost 30 minutes. Salad and apps came out promptly, however our meals took over an hour to be served, with little effort from the server to keep drinks filled or ordered. We had to flag him down constantly. The food once it arrived was good but after sitting for 2 hours we really just wanted to hurry and leave. Hopefully this was a fluke.

   Service was very slow and they wasn't really busy. We got seated right away and was only 3 of us. (mom and 2 kids) All the food was amazing, as usual

    This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but our past couple of experiences have not been as strong. Most recently we went there for Mother’s Day brunch. My mom‘s omelette and potatoes were swimming in a puddle of grease. Everything else was just OK.
