   First time and it exceeded expectations. All of the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back.

   The food was DELICIOUS. The only complaint is the decor, but everything besides that is 5 star!

   I do not like when restaurants automatically add 20 percent to the bill for service. I should be able to choose what I tip based on experience and service.

   Christmas Eve dining was fabulous. Over the top selections at salad bar, more grilled meat choices than should be allowed, wonderful adult beverages. Could not handle dessert, but the grilled pineapple was perfect ending to a lovely evening.

   Much better than Texas de Brasil. People were attentive and the sides were great. Meats tasted fresh.

   My friends & I recently dined at this fantastic restaurant (again) and I can't say enough about the experience! The food was absolutely delicious—each meat was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The gauchos and staff were incredibly friendly, remembering old customers’ meat preferences, which added a personal touch to the Sunday brunch. The caipirinhas were mouthwatering and perfectly crafted, complementing the meal beautifully. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I can’t wait to repeat! Highly recommend 12 Cuts Steakhouse over other Brazilian steakhouses in DFW such as Fogo de ChãoX Texas de Brazil, EG Steak, Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse.

   I’ve never felt so rushed at a restaurant before. From the moment you pull up, the valet is already waving you over and hurrying you out of your car. Once inside, we were quickly seated, and while I appreciated the prompt drink service, the experience went downhill fast. Servers immediately began approaching with sharp, hot skewers, and the pace felt frantic. Nearly every time they served us, skewers or plates were set awkwardly, either on my plate or splashing hot juices on the table, my girlfriend, or me. The quality of the meat was disappointing—most of the smaller cuts, like the filet, were overcooked and lacked flavor. For the price, 12 Cuts falls short. They charge the same as Fogo de Chão in Plano, but the quality, service, and overall experience aren’t even close. For better value, EG Steak nearby offers a superior experience at a lower cost. Bottom line: You have plenty of options, and this shouldn’t be one of them.
