123V Browns is Chef Gauthier's latest opening. A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Mayfair within the exclusive Brown's department store. With a lush courtyard for alfresco lunch and dinner and a bijoux dining room, 123V Browns is beautifully decorated and in keeping with the slightly eccentric and unique look of Browns.
The menu offers a combination of small Garden sushi to share and a wide range of salads and bowls.

123V was voted Best Vegan of the Year by Harden's Guide and is also Peta's Restaurant of the Year.

    Had heard so much about all the Alex Gautier Restaurants, so wanted to give them a try. I am a vegetarian and decided to book 123V Browns because I know then that I would be able to eat everything on the menu! The restaurant itself is small and quaint, located at the rear of Browns (Clothing store). There is also a lovely little garden bit but we didn't sit there as it was too cold. Would be brilliant in the summer months. Went with my husband and we opted for the bottomless sushi. Instead of picking and choosing what we wanted, we ordered a few things from each section of the menu, bit by bit. In hindsight, this was a mistake. The sushi was amazing! Could not fault it. However, we were so full after the sushi that we didn't try the hot dishes that were on offer (Garden Bowls). Also too full for the desserts, even though they looked yummy. Portion sizes were good and the staff really attentive. Drinks on offer were also great. I understand they will be showcasing some Japanese beers here soon, so looking forward to trying these. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want something central but not noisy with an amazing, tasty, vegan offering. We will definitely be going back. Bravo Alexis!

    We had Unlimited Sushi and it was all amazing. I don't think meat eaters would have been asking where the meat was! The service was really good too.

    Unlimited sushi was delicious, especially the crispy rice pieces. Service was so friendly and helpful - this was a fantastic dinner, Highly recommend.

    Lovely space, attentive and thoughtful service and creative and surprising vegan sushi. We made use of the veganuary 251 on the all you can eat sushi and it was exceptional value.

    Small restaurant can easily be missed Although we had booked and confirmed table wasn’t ready. We booked Christmas Menu for 6 but we were disappointed that staff were not aware and they didn’t have the warm mince pies!! Shame as otherwise food was very good. Prefer Gauthier Soho

    Delicious sushi type food without the fish. Some taste remarkably like sushi. All taste good in their own right
