   Really great environment and decent food portions, amazing views and good service, amazing decorations. Food is a little bit overpriced though

   Excellent service and attention to detail. My friend suffers from allergies to certain foods and the maticulous preparation in questioning every detail and checking that her choices would be safe was the best I have experienced.

   I had an incredible Valentine’s dinner with my husband. The service was exceptional, with Robin being particularly attentive and making our night truly special. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was fantastic. It was an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful evening thanks to the fantastic staff and Robin.

   Food was fine but very rushed - we were asked for our table back after an hour and twenty minutes (very quick for what was supposed to be a five course menu)

   Restaurant treats customers like items on a rapidly moving conveyor belt. The problem comes down to the management, expecting diners to be in and out within two hours for a four course meal. There's a palpable rush to get your order as soon as you sit down. Inbetween meals not even five minutes pass between courses, for instance between the main course and dessert. Ordered coffee and hot chocolate with the dessert. Unfortunately the two hour bell came not even five minutes into the coffee and hot chocolate arriving. We were asked to pay up and leave, or to take our half eaten desserts and be re-seated elsewhere. One of the waiters (Francesco) suggested we were "taking our time" with dessert. This is with not even five minutes into being served coffee. When you pay £300 for dinner (for two), you don't expect to sit at the table examining a stopwatch. If the staff felt we would need to leave less than five minutes after the coffee was served, then perhaps communicate this to the diners before taking the order. If they thought we weren't rushing through our fourth course as fast as they would have liked then perhaps communicate this to us half an hour beforehand. Ultimately, this comes down to the management prioritising money over customer experience. Two hours is simply too short a timeframe to expect a four course meal to be enjoyed in a relaxed fashion. If they chose to reduce the number of sittings and increased the time per sitting perhaps that would be a start. A sad indictment to a failing management in an otherwise a good building

   The service was absolutely atrocious. Upon several requests, food would not be brought out on time and what should have been a dinner for 1.5 hours ended up being a 3.5 hour dinner. Extremely disappointing.

   We had a lovely time at 14 Hills. I took my fiancée there for dinner. We arrived a bit early and were given the chance to sit a the bar and have a drink while waiting for our table.. The food was lovely and we were sitting by the window with amazing views to London.

    The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the reception staff are very friendly with great smiles, so you feel welcomed. Can't say the same for the table service. The person who served us was very cold and straight to the business. We have enquiry few things like a drinks but the restaurant run out of pineapple juice to make a cocktail, the duck was out from the starters. Considering it's Saturday evening the busy time in London they should be more on the case and make sure the stock been replenished on time. We had a group of 7 people. While we where eating the starters the waitress started clearing the table, not considering that couple of people haven't finished they food. I hope this can be pointed out and sorted.
