   Very good service and the food was great but not exceptional like the last time we visited in 2021. I would recommend 17 River Grille to others.

   My wife and I enjoyed our time at brunch. The food was delicious, and it was a great atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

   This was the first time I had ever been to Chagrin Falls. It was our 33rd wedding anniversary so we ventured out. Loved the area and the restaurant. We will definitely go back. We had an 8:15 reservation but got there about an hour early and checked in. They said our table would be available closer to our reservation time but if a table opened up they would text us. It was only about 15 minutes and we got a text. Our table was right by the window. Perfect! Our waitress was fantastic. We really enjoyed our meals.

   When you put notes on your reservation, you expect the restaurant at least to try to meet your wishes. It was my husband’s birthday and I wanted to get him a dessert with a candle, which has gone unnoticed, the chairs at our table were stained , so is the fabric shade above the table. Dirty floors, smell of mold by the bar area, food was ok, waitress was very nice, but for downtown Chagrin… it could be and should be a lot better.

   All was fantastic, great food, atmosphere , server. Would be nice if the prices were just a little less. But besides that great restaurant.
