Had an amazing meal with our group. Everything was very happy with their meal and the server, Corey from Tasmania, was incredible! Attentive, helpful and engaging. Will be back and would highly recommend it.

Appetizer plate was left on the table the duration of the meal even though server was by a few times. Steaks came out cold and mine was chewy and the fat not properly grilled. Service was lackluster. For the price it's not worth it. Will never return.

Food was less than exceptional especially considering the price. While my steak was really great my husbands steak was tough to even chew, full of gristle and sinew and the actual meat was very tough. While his steak was a lesser cut, when no piece of meat costs less than 75$ it all should be exceptional. I would suggest the vermillion room instead. Same sides for half the price. The service was excellent as the staff was very professional within the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at 1888 Chop House. Our server was incredible, the food was amazing. We also really liked exploring the hotel before and after dinner. I highly recommend a pre-dinner drink at the Rundle Bar!

The food was not edible. It was so noisy I could not hear my partner. It was a set 5 coarse meal that went from bad to worse. The wagu was main course and was mostly fat and served cold. The waiter was great but we will not eat there again. We were not charged for our meal or Champagne but that was not what we were looking for on New Years Eve.
