Planned a night out with some local friends, told them how great it was, made a booking, reconfirmed the booking, turned up to find a “sorry closed” note in the window. We can highly recommend Akari just down the road, which is where we ate.

Brilliant experience. Feel very lucky to live in a city with so many wonderful steakhouses at such reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Made to feel incredibly welcome. The star of the show was obviously the steak.. had two plates of sharing cuts between the four of us, and couldn’t fault it.

Booked this restaurant for a quick meal after a football game with my son. The steaks were amazing. The restaurant was quite quiet (for a Sat night) which meant there was little atmosphere. I would also add that they had very little beer options (the wine list looked good but I was driving later so 1 beer was all I was able to have). I would also say it is not the best value for money. But overall it was good
