   We had a delicious sushi dinner at 312! The sushi rolls were so fresh, the squid salad and poke were also the bomb!! The service was absolutely outstanding! 10/10 experience

   Had an incredible dinner at 312- the sushi was creative and delicious! The music was awesome and the staff were super friendly. Definitely would go back!!

   I had two different kinds of sushi rolls (which were very good), and salmon sashimi (which was very average). Seaweed salad to start was very good. The server was very attentive and helpful, but the bartender appeared to be entertaining one of her close friends at the bar, and seemed interested in having everyone in the restaurant hear their conversation. None of the staff seemed to recognize how disruptive it was to those eating, which seemed odd.

   I was lucky enough to get a Valentine’s Day reservation the day of and bought the offered package. The ambiance was amazing and the food we had was delicious. The staff was so amazing and very friendly from the minute we walked in. I couldn’t recommend the place more. I will definitely come back and enjoy it again soon.

   I tried 312 Sushi Bar for the first time last night and was impressed by the quantity and quality of the fish. My sashimi combination included the usual variety (salmon, yellowtail, tuna, and white tuna). I also enjoyed the spicy tuna roll I ordered. As a bonus, I got a California roll gratis (the chef apparently had one left over). Few people were eating, but it was Monday night, which probably explains the small crowd. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. I had trouble finding the restaurant because Google Maps directed me to the wrong address, four blocks away across the river. FYI, 312 Sushi Bar is on Adams Street between Wacker and Franklin.
