Our founder, Salvatore, was inspired by the culinary prowess and love for food instilled in him by his Grandfather, Mr. Sal. As a tribute to his Grandfather and his Italian roots, Salvatore embarked on a journey to bring the flavors of Italy to Boca Raton. The result is 388 Restaurant by Mr. Sal – a place where tradition meets innovation, and every meal feels like a celebration.

We have enjoyed several meals at 388. We especially love the Chicken parmagian & the Rigatoni al la vodka with prosciutto. Delicious chopped salad as well. It’s our favorite place 💕
