   We came here for the first time and were really impressed. Everything was excellent, from the food to the atmosphere, it all hit the mark. Our server, Joanne, was kind and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon, and we’ll definitely be bringing friends next time!

   Walking in it feels like a speakeasy with the decor and ambience. The bar area was warm and inviting. My wife and I both ordered cocktails and the brussels appetizer. The drinks were expertly crafted and presentation superb. We ordered the lamb and the filet mignon. Cooked to perfection. The deserts were heavy on dairy, but the chef accommodated us by placing the custard on side of our fresh berry compote puff pastry. It was surprising how we’ve never found this place before!

   Easy to find location. Locally owned. The food was tasty and had great presentation. They were willing to adjust the entree to accommodate vegatarian in the group.

   I really enjoyed my dining experience. The service was good. He checked in throughout the meal, and answered all of our questions. I tried the Birds & the Bees cocktail. It was excellent!! The Brussel sprouts are a great way to start the meal. The balance of veggies, bacon, and cheese is unmatched. For my entree, I had the salmon, which was cooked perfectly. I really liked the risotto and the veggies were a great addition. The carrots were super pretty and soft, but not mushy. I didn't get dessert this time, but that crème brûlée was calling me. Until next time!!

   We tried 508 Crafthouse when it first opened and sadly, we were not impressed with the food, drinks or service. We decided to give it another try this past weekend and we are very glad we did. Since the restaurant's opening they have a new chef and a new bar manager (Chris) and everything, including the service, was fantastic. The food is creative and executed perfectly. My husband had a mushroom pasta dish that was out of this world and served under a "smoking" dome. Our friends both had the smash burgers (delish!) and I had the salmon which was wonderful. The desserts were just as good as everything else we tried. Our waiter (Chris, the bar manager) was awesome (as was his lovely Australian accent). It was a great evening! My only suggestion would be for the restaurant to warm up it's dining room. The bar area looks great and is so inviting, but the dining area is somewhat bleak and stark looking. The food and drinks make up for it though!
