   Excellent pre-show food and service. The signature cocktails were excellent and interesting. Great service! We made friends with our table mates which added to the evening.

   We had a decent experience at 54 Below. Food was good but we were rushed out due to the performance that we didn’t have tickets for. I’m not sure why they allow reservations right before the show if you don’t have tickets for the show. The food was good, though.

   It was very nice. We were the youngest patrons there but it might have just been the show that was that night. We did the pre show dinner which felt a bit rushed to get done in 1 hour

   Had a nice cozy banquet to survey the room from. I liked the decor. Loved my Passion Fruit Margarita and considered having another, but we had Wicked tickets - which the staff were great about getting us out in time to see. Had lamb chops that I stopped just short of nibbling on the bone. I truly can’t recall what anyone else ate, but I do recall everyone was quite happy with their meal. After the meal a Chocolate Baileys Cake was brought to the table to celebrate my birthday. Would love to stay next time to watch a performance.

   There was a small incident with my meal. Nothing crazy and we didn’t want to complain but thought we should let them know because someone else may not have been as understanding as us. Well the management went above and beyond to fix the problem. My meal was comped and so were our drinks. They gave us free champagne and a dessert to share. This is top level service and completely unexpected for the small issue we had but it made my birthday all the more special. We will 100% be back! Thank you 54 Below staff!

   Although our reservation was at 5:30pm and we arrived at 5:20pm we weren't seated until nearly 6pm. Then at 6:40pm we were asked to leave so another party could sit at our table. Note these are shared tables. Best to avoid for pre- theater dining. Two courses and a cocktail $100 each person.

    I made a reservation for 6pm. We had an 8pm show at Studio 54. We arrived at 5:40pm and were told by the maitre d that our reservation was really for 5:30pm and we would have to vacate the table by 6:30pm as there was a show, which we were clearly not aware of. We were seated at the table and our waitress told us not to worry as we could really stay until 6:50pm. A little better but not great. Also we were seated at a table that was really for 2 people, not 4, there were 4 chairs and place settings squeezed around it. Luckily our friends arrived at 5:45 so we got started earlier than our 6pm reservation. Our waitress was terrific and made sure we got all of our food. Around 6:35, the maitre d started coming around indicating that we needed to finish up. We hadn't yet had all the food we ordered. Not really the way to treat guests in your restaurant. When we left, there was no one there waiting for our table, the issue was clearly that we were going to be in the room for a show that we didn't pay for, which was difficult as we were never told there was a show to begin with. I think that Open Table is not the proper app for this restaurant as regular dinner reservations are not really preferred. They seem to want people who are coming to their shows. 54 Below should make their own reservations so that this issue can be avoided.
