Sehr "fancy", hippe Gäste. Aber zum Glück mit richtig guter, japanisch orientierter Küche. Manchmal ein bisschen viel Chichi (ein guter Unagi braucht eigentlich keine Foie gras und die Sache mit dem Saiblingsrogen muss man auch nicht übertreiben), aber mit sehr anständigen Zutaten, bildschön angerichtet und bei Bedarf gut erklärt. Ich weiß, dass man damit in der Gastronomie nicht so viel verdienen kann, aber bei einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse dürfte man eigentlich auch ein/ zwei frische Fassbiere erwarten, zumal Sushi in Japan selten mit Wein genossen wird...

The food was outstanding but the service was rushed and stressed due to a mix up of seats and also because of a large group reservation that was dining at the same time which was unfortunate.

die Kellner waren etwas durcheinander und wussten nicht mehr, was wir bestellt hatten. Außerdem haben wir sehr lange auf unsere Getränke gewartet. Wir saßen an der Theke.
