   The atmosphere was weird, the layout was weird, some of the staff were weird. It was my birthday and we had 8 people chatting and paying a lot of money for expensive cocktails, though for some reason we were told at 11pm to wrap up and leave because it was last orders.... about 30 minutes later a nice waiter offered to take our order and was confused as to why we had been told to clear out. He then took our order as normal. They also kept trying to clear everyone's drinks before they were empty. The only positive about the place was that the customers seemed normal and friendly, and we didn't feel as if our lives were in any danger at any point...but that's really grasping at straws.

   Lovely place. The vibes are nice, will definitely be back! The drinks were standard city prices but cocktails were great and good selection of drinks. We didn’t have food so I can’t comment on that but I had to rate it to do the review 😊

   Really nice time, very good service and drinks were excellent. Only issue we found was the high seats are very uncomfortable

   It was our first time in 9 below and it was a bit disappointing. I think it was almost 15 minutes after we were seated we got to order our drinks but from the host not the waiting staff. It seemed to be fairly busy just no waiting staff seemed to go to our area which was the first left when entering the building. We both got 2 drinks each and we only liked one of them. Would not recommend the black pearl or white chicks but the zombieland cocktail was pretty good. When we ordered the first drinks we ordered some pretzels and olives but came a good 10 minutes later but could have easily been from a packet or jar so not sure on the delay. While I'd consider going again, it seemed to be a bit disorganized and not worthy the price we paid for the experience. Also I'd give the menus a good clean as they were stickyyy. I would give it a 5/10

   Pre dinner Champage for a birthday. No food but had a fabulous bottle of champagne with some spiced nuts. Great service and a special atmospehere
