They make you pay and add a tip before you even sit down. Made a reservation, didn’t really have a table , ended up seating us at a large booth that had buckets of silverware underneath , could not move. They walked us around the place looking for a table. Asian lady at the front was rude ! Dropped check on table after ordering a drink as to say you can’t order anything else. Just odd.

Totally not worth the price. There was something off during our entire meal. They make you pay up front with 20% gratuity. Ends up being a little short of $100 pp. My FIL ordered a drink and they made him pay as soon as they delivered his drink. We had a reservation for 1pm. It was obvious the buffet food had been sitting all morning. The eggs Benedict was sticking to the shaffing dish, and the English muffin it sat in was tough as cardboard. The top sirloin was dry and over done. There were stacks of yogurt cups not in ice or refrigerated. One of the staff was leaning against the buffet table blocking some of the items. Plastic cups for the drinks, cold and hot. Don't be deceived by the "ramen bar" as advertised. It's instant ramen with a fancy hot water dispenser. They offered more refills on the champagne than water. I'm disappointed that this spot didn't live up to their instagram feed.

It was a beautiful day to be outside however no one tended to us or offered drinks for over 20 minutes. Didn't bother to wipe down the table . Servers were quite rude except for Mr Jesse ! He was a pleasure and a wonderful server towards the end . Only because I asked for service . Just because it's a party and you get gratuity doesn't mean you can NOT be a decent server.

I made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and when we arrived to the restaurant, they told us we were sitting at separate tables. Since we had a large party, gratuity was added when we paid, which was totally fine, but the service was not good. The party was now split up, half our table didn’t get their drinks, we had to remind our waitress multiple times about them, had to bus our own dishes and then were not told till the end that some of our beverages weren’t included. Just thought for the price we were paying and celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, wished the experience would have been better.

The check in process is absolute chaos, gave me anxiety. Once inside, a plethora of food, where you muddle through several people and lines to get. Food is decent and some highlights. I wasn’t a fan of the alcohol either. However, the service and people are great, very willing to help and make the experience better.

Food was not presented well in a very crowded area the seating to size of the buffet section was horrible. The food was mediocre at best. The crab legs were overcooked and mushy. The prime rib and steak was dry. The service staff were busy but still the size of the restaurant to the size of the buffet section was not adequate.

We ordered steak, salad, wine and french 75 drinks. The French 75 was just okay. The steak was covered with some weird concoction and should have been slow cooked but by the tenderness of it, it was not. The salad was filled with kale and little else. For the $200, I would definitely not recommend.
