Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. All of our private dining rooms offer a rustic-luxe ambience perfect for any celebration, event or special occasion. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. The outdoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 14 guests and is located along Marine Creek under a beautiful pergola and crystal chandelier, surrounded by lush greenery and our herb garden.

                                                                    The food was amazing! Our server was Josh and he made sure we were comfortable. My husband wanted one drink but once he heard the recommendations from the server changed his mind and ordered one for me. The drinks were delicious. The food was amazing. He ordered the dry aged ribeye which was perfectly cooked and while I was going to just order on the safe side, a 7 oz Filet mignon as I could sometimes be non adventurous went with Josh’s recommendation of the Bison tenderloin. Oh my gosh, my whole body exploded. The flavors were phenomenal. Definitely recommend! And to put the cherry on top, we were given a sweet little dessert for our anniversary as a nice touch. Thank you to 97 West and Josh for making this experience amazing and delicious.

                                                                    AMAZING! Would have given 10 stars if available! Everything was perfect - drinks, must try their fried green tomatoes- the best wr have ever had, steak cooked just right and super delicious Brussels. Our waiter was amazing - he provided recommendations and knew exactly when to come around so we could enjoy our meal uninterrupted. Highly recommend if you are in Ft. Worth. You will not be disappointed!

                                                                    🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our son and his girlfriend are both adults with special needs. This was their 10th year as boyfriend and girlfriend. ❤️❤️ They went above and beyond to make this day over the top. There was a beautiful rose arrangement with candlelight and rose petals on the table along with two teddy bears. Our adult “ big little kids” we so excited. The bar made specialty drinks that were nonalcoholic and beautifully garnished. The chef took time to meet them pulse made a beautiful dessert display for them with chocolate covered strawberries, truffles, and macaroons. The dish that it was on have their names written in chocolate.  Our waiter took us outside to take pictures in their gorgeous garden area. The manager Jackie blew us away with more than we could have imagined . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
