Staff was nice. However the food left a lot to be desired, especially at the price point. They do start with a bread service, though the bread did not seem fresh and came out cold. For an appetizer we ordered the Mezze Platter, which was fine. Though it was so cold it seemed as if it was pre plated and stored in the fridge. The roasted veggies were ice cold and the pita was so chard it tasted like the smell of burnt wood. For mains I got the Free range half chicken ($36) and my boyfriend got the 10 oz filet mignon ($60), both are served a la carte. My chicken was the smallest half chicken I have ever been served in a restaurant, especially to not come with sides. The quality of the meat was mediocre and the flavor was just “fine” but nothing better than a dinner you would make at home. The filet was ordered medium rare and came out burnt and medium well. For accompaniments we ordered the grilled asparagus ($12) and the sweet potato mash ($11). The asparagus had a poorly executed “Hollandaise sauce” on top and the “sweet potato mash” was more a sweet potato soufflé, and as someone who prefers a savory sweet potato I would’ve appreciated some specification on the menu if it was served sweetened or any other way than just “mashed”. The sweet potato also tasted like a mixture of puréed sweet potato and butternut squash, similar to that of sweet potato baby food, the texture was suitable for a newborn without teeth as well. Overall the sweet potato was basically inedible and the asparagus was boring. The drinks were mediocre, my cosmo tasted watered down. After a $220+ bill for two people we left craving A LOT more. Long story short save your money and go elsewhere. There a WAY better options in the area for this price point.

Stayed at Rosen Shingle several times and never tried A Land Remembered….. what a mistake I’ve made. One of the best steakhouses I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. Don’t make the same mistake I made, eat at A Land Remembered as soon as possible.

The host Zach greeted us warmly and George Lopez our waiter was very knowledgeable and and was careful about the time of service so we were neither rushed nor ignored. Deconstructed prime rib, new york strip and standard prime rib were prepared perfectly. Four years in a row of wonderful food and service.

The staff was excellent, always ready but didn’t hover. Food was excellent - one of the best crab cakes ever with tasty sauce! And my sister said the grouper was to die for. Lastly- the chips and dip were sooooo good. Overall a great place to have lunch. Gotta try supper next time!

Phenomenal is an understatement. From the service to the food everything was great. Many many halal options and catering to okr dietary restrictions. We got the tomahawk with mashed potatoes, oysters, baked potato, and my favorite the wedge salad. Def recommend def returning.

What amazing experience, food was incredible we started with oysters and they were delicious , lamp shops were very tasty and nicely seasoned, for main course we had filet mignon and New York steak and they were perfectly cooked and flavored, mashed potatoes was out of this world, we tried key lime pie for dessert and it was a perfect finish but service was the highlight of our evening . Jorge , Howard and Simo were amazing , friendly and provided a top notch service, Erkan the manager stopped by many times and made sure everything was perfect as he stopped also by every single table . Thank you to all the ALR staff for your care and professionalism and I promise we will be back soon .
