   While our server was kind, the service was extremely slow. It took 15 mins for the server to just greet us. Then, once he took our drink order, it was another 30 mins before he took our food order. It was also very difficult to get anyone’s attention. The food was fresh and tasted good, but I was underwhelmed by the service so I will likely not be returning.

   Service great. Loved having a coffee carafe left at our table. Temps were good because they had heaters. The chorizo is SPICEY so be aware. Lots of meat in the Hash. Very tasty

   Isos (hopefully spelled this correctly) was a polished host, and generous in allowing myself and companion to be seated a good bit after our reservation time. We were enjoying the music and pre-dinner drinks in the lounge. Elyssa was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, as were her support team. Chef James’ food was inspired, resulting collectively in a fantastic dining experience! Thanks team Adelaide!!!

   Menu is small, but something for everyone. They are accomidating to switch things up or add. Service ALWAYS seems to be slow and servers aren't great at following up. Ie filling water checking in a timely manner so can they get you anything else you need while you are still eating what you ordered. Very nice live accoustic music on Sundays brunch time. Lovely ambiance. Can be warm during sunny hours of the day if you are seated with your back to the sun or facing the sun. I always bring a hat. Can also be breezy at certain times of the day. Chair are VERY comnfortable.

   We went to the NYE 'party'. We paid $50 each for the buffet. The plates were tiny, there was no where to sit and eat, the place was full of people, and every time we found somewhere to sit we were promptly told to vacate, as that section had just been sold to someone. This happened three times to us, and more to others. By the time the buffet started, there were no seats at all. We were told there was no guarantee of a table, but it was never mentioned that there were not even any seats! Coupled with the tiny plates, this made for a terrible experience. We were so unhappy, we left before midnight. Then, to add insult to injury, when we went to get our car we found that we had parked in what we were told was a valet spot, though the only markings were on the ground, and they were impossible to see in the dark when we arrived. There are no signs at all directing you to any non-valet parking.The valets had parked behind us so that we could not leave without paying them an exorbitant rate of $25, and we never even got any valet parking! All in all, this was simply a money grab, on the order of Vegas. I will never, ever return to L'auberge!

   Amazing attentive service, lots of good choices on the menu, the burger and fish tacos for lunch were both outstanding. Beautiful views. What’s not to like?

    4 course Christmas Dinner was lovely although the starter course offered only raw items so I had to pass. Would have appreciated at least one item that was cooked as opposed to all raw options (sashimi and tartare etc.). For the main course choices we tried the steak and the sea bass and both were excellent. All in all a lovely meal albeit pricey at $900 for party of four.
