   Was a good experience, service was not greatest, they were busy and even though I had a reservation they let people who came in after me to be seated and took me last!

   The prices to dine here does not equate to the level of service. Also bathrooms look like it was from McDonald's. It needs an upgrade. If you are commanding such prices then everything needs to be top notch.

   Excellent presentation of delectable dishes. Loved the creativity of these amazing favourites and the service was impeccable.

   Food and service were impeccable Vivek is such a sweet heart and so attention and welcoming! It was very noisy because some of the patrons were very loud

   The food was very good but the service was just okay. Both the wine and the drinks list are way over priced for what is on offer. Essentially not worth what we paid for it

   Disappointing Service Overshadowed an Otherwise Great Meal I chose Adrak for my birthday dinner based on glowing recommendations from friends who had visited the year before. While the food lived up to expectations, the service was a major letdown. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (9/10) The food was the highlight of the evening. The Rani Kachori was an absolute standout, packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The pepper beef, biryani, and butter chicken were also delicious, each dish well-spiced and balanced. Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (7/10) The restaurant has a lively and intimate setting due to its smaller size. It’s a nice spot for a cozy dinner, though it can feel a bit crowded at times. Service: ⭐ (1/10) Unfortunately, the service was the most disappointing part of the night. Given Adrak’s reputation and its location in Yorkville, where higher-end service is expected, I was surprised by the lack of attentiveness.

   I usually do not post reviews, but all of the guests at this particular restaurant (our party and the many others who shared this experience included) agreed that they would in order to make sure the events of specific instance were effectively made public. In the words of our group: Adrak ran out of hosts/food on Valentine's Day, leading to over 3 hours in delays for other guests. When we walked in, there was a crowd of people, missing management, and a number of folks were leaving stating they had "waited for over 2 hours and were just being served water on their tables". When we asked for a refund on our paid tasting menu reservation, they said they had no idea what to do and would "get back to us". They promised us they would call us over the next day and took all our information down, however, no one called, and they had diverted their main line to a singular person who was blowing off people on the phone. Some of the guests waiting outside and I had exchanged numbers, and it was apparent they were ignoring calls in a coordinated effort. Apparently, based on their staff's words, this is not the first time this has happened at their restaurant. I will say, the hostess and the bartenders were kind and apologetic as they did not know what was going on with their management team. This is not a reflection on them in any way. We reported this to the Michelin Guide so they can reconsider the restaurant's standing given these issues. Based on our conversation with the two folks at the bar of the restaurant, they believe management allowed overbooking to represent a higher revenue count.

   We had our reservation for 8.30 on Valentine’s Day and got our table at 9.30. Staff was totally clueless. The food was provided in such an odd and organized manner. Don’t waste your money.

   Horrible experience, arrived at 8:15 & left at 11:45, took approx 45-1hour between each meal, no one took responsibility or tried to make sure we got our food quicker, no compensation & no acknowledgment of their mistakes. Complete mess

    Incredibly disappointing experience. Went for Valentine’s day, it was a fixed menu. The service was extremely slow, the main course came out almost 2 hours after being sat down. For the main course, you got to pick between two options, however no-one came to get our choices for the main course (even after informing our server of this twice). They then brought out the main courses of THEIR choice, and it wasn’t what we would’ve selected. On top of that, they didn’t even bring out the two items that my date was looking forward to the most. To make matters worse, there was a massive crowd waiting to be sat down (all with reservations) and looking in our direction as we were the closest table to the entrance. Lastly, there was no-one working the coat check once the restaurant got busy, I had to grab my coat myself, which I found lying on the floor. In conclusion, a very memorable experience..but for the wrong reasons.
