Guests will indulge in thoughtfully curated dishes, including starters featuring Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata, smoked olive oil and toasted quinoa; MARE Niçoise with seared tuna or Smoked Eggplant Toast. For mains, indulge in Grilled Red Snapper with sweet pepper caponata and parsley salad, Clams & Bottarga Spaghetti or Beef Filet Kebab. Pair with a side to share, featuring Green Beans with hazelnut dukkah, Wild Mushrooms or Saffron Rice with gremolata sauce and spiced squash seeds.
