   The whole experience was lovely, the only reason for not giving 5 stars throughout is because service was slow (we waited quite a while for chai) and the refilling was very slow and often forgotten so we had to keep on trying to get someone's attention to refill the chai.

   Beautiful location and tasty food. My mother truly enjoyed her afternoon tea experience and would recommend again

   Food quality was great and very authentic. I just felt a bit rushed maybe because we arrived 20 minutes late however our booking was for 16:30 so don't see why the chef would want to close up early. Waiter service was good and a very good selection of sweets and desserts

   Great staff support really kind and helpful. I found from my last visit a few years ago the afternoon high Tea was not as I expected in terms of the food selection- open table doesn’t advise what’s included especially that free top ups finish at 4pm ! I found that the drinks option was limited as they only offer rose lassi and chai in the past I had a choice with many other options for the savoury selection - I found the food was good but the selection on the menu could have been more as they only offered fish pakora would have loved an onion or veg pakora Great helpful staff

   Excellent service by Gaurav. The savoury dishes were very tasty, however the sweet dishes need improvement. An option to have a different flavoured lassi would be nice too as rose syrup is not to everyone's liking. Overall an enjoyable afternoon.

   Really good food however service was really lacking. Had to ask for basics that should have been placed on table (cutlery, sugar for tea) and ask for refills of tea (for a high chai experience). When service changed half way, the waitress we then had was more attentive however service was overall inconsistent.
