We ate at Agave for our Christmas dinner. Prix Fixe. Cocktails, salad and dessert were fine but ,the dinner - a fatty slab of prime rib - was sub par for the price.

When the food came out it was like warm at best. The pasta was cold and got sent back, when it was returned it was just warm . The mashed potatoes and prime rib were also just Luke warm. There were only about 10 other people in the restaurant so it wasn’t like the kitchen was over worked. Extremely overpriced also for what was served. Will not be returning in the future.

What a beautiful restaurant! The service was amazing and the food was excellent. I noticed there wasn't a chicken option, however the sea bass was delicious and crispy

We stayed at the Eldorado hotel and dinned at, Agave. Service was very good, atmosphere was excellent, and food was amazing. I would go there again.

It was a very low energy restaurant with a very limited menu of 6 entrees to choose from. First restaurant I have ever been to that didn’t offer a chicken option. Took 20-mins to get our margaritas … and it was not busy at all. We tried it but wouldn’t recommend.

The food was the best I have had since before COVID hit. Nothing has satisfied any eating out for the money I have spent until now. We had the Ribeye and Salmon! Very nice atmosphere and quiet.

Severely under-staffed. Poor management and oversight. They get in their own way at the expense of guest experience. They try, but miss the mark.
