   We were excited to try as new and love supporting local. It was payday weekend and surprised only 3 tables occupied including ours, therefore not much atmosphere - can’t recall any music in background, felt pretty quiet. Wine ordered, food some starters, tuna and chicken supreme and was good: warm, cooked well and fresh ingredients. Being honest with 5* reviews online I was expecting a little more. Service was good, smiley and pleasant. Would have loved to have said 5* but with so many restaurants in Wimbledon for me needs to be really memorable, can’t wait to go back etc I think on balance our group said we wouldn’t return.

   From the moment of entering the restaurant, the service was excellent. All of four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals Malbec was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend .

   This was our first time at Aimer. We had the Bruschetta, Tuna Steak, and the Lamb Shank, and Broccolini. All items were very tasty and we will return soon.

   Liver and bacon good. Served without veg. Chicken and mash. Chicken tasty. Mash minimal and unlike any other mash . Not distasteful, just odd and no flavour. Very limited side orders of veg to choose from. Ordered broccoli. Lots of garlic overwhelmed the flavour of broccoli . Asked for it without chilli. Chilli wouldn’t have complimented our mains. In our opinion menu needs tweaking. Food hot. Wine average. Service excellent. Hope you succeed in your new venture. Great position . Worth a try, perhaps menu just wasn’t good for us.
